About FORGE FITNESS – Our Story, Mission & Values

Our Story

FORGED IN IRON

Inside FORGE FITNESS training studio – weights and equipment

FORGE was born from a simple belief: mediocrity is a choice. In 2019, a collective of elite coaches and frustrated athletes came together with one mission — to build a training facility that demands everything and gives even more.

We don't do casual. We don't do shortcuts. Every square foot of FORGE is designed with intention — from our competition-grade equipment to our recovery suites. This is where athletes are built, limits are broken, and community means everything.

With 15 certified coaches, 2,000+ active members, and a 98% retention rate, the numbers speak for themselves. But numbers don't capture the sweat, the breakthroughs, the brotherhood and sisterhood forged in the crucible of hard training.

Intensity

Every session has purpose. Every rep has intention. We train with deliberate violence.

Integrity

No BS coaching. Science-backed programming. Honest feedback, always.

Community

You train alone but never walk alone. The FORGE fam has your back.

Evolution

Growth never stops. We evolve our methods, our members evolve their bodies.

About: a practical guide

Learn how the studio’s stated approach combines purposeful programming, coaching, consistency, and a supportive training environment.

A consistent approach to training

A training environment can support consistency when expectations are clear, sessions are planned, and people understand how to progress. The page’s philosophy emphasizes purposeful effort and coaching; the practical expression of that philosophy is a routine that can be sustained over time.

Community and individual goals

Group training can provide structure and shared energy, while personal coaching may offer more individualized feedback. The best format depends on preferences, goals, and schedule. Members should feel able to ask questions and adjust training when needed.
